How to Use
How to Use
Fiber GDX
Mix 1 scoop (one Tablespoon) with 8 oz or more of water daily. To begin, use 1/4 scoop. Over a few weeks slowly increase to 1 scoop to allow your digestive system adequate time to adjust to the added fiber. It is important to stay hydrated!
Creatine
Mix 1 scoop with at least 8 ounces of water, or your preferred beverage, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Can be taken daily to maintain creatine stores. On exercise days, it is recommended to take 30-90 minutes before or after exercise. It is important to stay hydrated!
Skin & Bone Collagen
Combine 2 scoops (4 leveled teaspoons) with 12 oz or more of water, smoothie, yogurt or food of choice once daily, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Individual scooping technique may yield slightly less or more than the annotated serving size.
Tips:
If you are new to taking collagen, you may want to begin with 1/4 scoop and slowly increase to 2 scoops over a few weeks.
Creatine is a fine powder that is easily compacted. Be sure not to pack the scoop and gently tap to level.
Combine the three in at least 12oz of water, beverage of choice, or a smoothie and enjoy!
Try to avoid taking creatine with alcohol or caffeine since they’re both diuretics that can cause dehydration.
It is important to stay hydrated throughout the day! Creatine is pivotal in muscle recovery and growth by pulling water into your muscle cells. This increase in intracellular hydration is critical for optimizing the effects of creatine.
Fiber GDX may not mix well with hot beverages.
Be mindful of your overall fiber consumption from foods and supplements to avoid exceeding your body's capacity and potential digestive issues.
Fiber GDX contains soluble fiber that will gel over time (this is what makes soluble fiber so great!). If your beverage thickens, add more water, stir or shake, and continue to enjoy!
If not combing into a smoothie, using a shaker bottle with a whisk ball or an agitator, a handheld mixer, or a frother can help quickly combine the three or mix them individually.

I am such a fan! I'm not a smoothie/protein shake person, but this one has changed my mind. Quick, easy, healthy and filling, it's a no brainer. I even feed it to my husband. He loves his "chocolate milkshake".

I have Hashimotos and Scapula Bursitis with these come pain and discomfort. I have found relief while using this collagen. I am now subscribed for automated shipments. The fiber supplement has been very helpful with increasing fiber and I am still undecided on the creatine.
I trust Dr. Haver and her science backed supplements.

I purchased the bundle as additions to my daily smoothy. My GI tract is loving it!
Was this helpful? - JSJennifer S.Verified Buyer2 weeks agoRated 4 out of 5 starsFeel so good when I use all three together!
I have not tried using any as a single product, but on the days that I take the combination of all three, I feel a definite difference. More energy, more focus. I have not found a way to make them taste good to me but the result is worth going through the flavor. Now I just need a magic potion to make me take it every day… time, memory and preparation need to overlap to bring that to reality!
Was this helpful? - AAmy2 weeks agoRated 1 out of 5 starsWhy are they making this so hard to use?
I have been a long-time customer of all the supplements, and truly love the items I use. But the serving sizes and bundle discounts make it a game not worth playing anymore.
The 3 products in this bundle are not in the same quantities that would be used up all at the same time. The fiber is a 30-day supply, the Creatine is a 60-day supply, and the Collagen is a 15-day supply? What the heck? And if you opt for a subscription with monthly delivery, you will run out of Collagen well before the next shipment arrives, and then you will have more Creatine than you need on hand when the new shipment arrives.
Plus, the bundle only comes in the unflavored versions? Crazy.

The creatine was open and had spilled out. No one responded to my emails about how to exchange it . Very disappointed in the company!!!
