Cancellation policy
Product One-Time or Subscription Orders:
If your 'Pause Life one-time or subscription order has not been fulfilled, you can request to cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service Team.
If you would like to cancel an order, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can cancel it before it is in the fulfillment process. Once fulfillment has started, there is no guarantee that we can cancel the order and provide a refund.
If, for any reason, your order cannot be canceled or has already shipped, you can request a return review. Please do not open the shipment upon receipt, as we do not accept returns that have been opened/unboxed from the original shipping package (for safety reasons).
Product Subscription Orders
Please note: we send recurring subscription upcoming order notifications 4 days before the upcoming order is processed. If you cancel the subscription after an order has processed, it DOES NOT cancel the current active order. Please contact us for help.
Weighted Vests
Incur a $12 return charge. OCONUS (Hawaii, Alaska, FPO/APO/AP/DP, US Territories, etc) vest orders are FINAL SALE.
Pause Life Community (PLC) Perks Membership Cancellation
The PLC Perks Membership is an annual subscription with a 7-day trial period. Members may cancel during the 7-day trial period without charge.
After the trial period ends, the membership will incur a charge and remain active for the rest of the annual subscription term. If a member chooses to cancel after the 7-day trial period, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual subscription term. Members will retain access to all Perks benefits during this time period.
