Supplement Purchase:

The Pause Nutrition®’s No-Risk, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. Any customer not satisfied with a product will receive a full product refund. To claim a refund, simply contact us through our customer portal within 30 days of receipt of the product and provide the reason for your request. Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.  Review our FULL supplement return policy in our Help Center.

Weighted Vest Purchase:

Our weighted vest return policy includes:

- 7-day return notification period for defective or damaged (carrier) items.

- 30-day customer satisfaction return notification period for situations that do not fall under the 7-day return notification above.  

- Orders placed and shipped outside the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, US Territories, APO/FPO/AP/DP, etc) are FINAL SALE.

Customer satisfaction returns will incur a $12 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and inspected.

Pause Strong Online Digital Program:

Due to the digital nature of The Pause Strong Program, we are unable to offer refunds for online program purchases after the first 7 days.  Please contact our Customer Service Team for any questions regarding refund requests for the program.
