Product Purchase:
The Pause Life’s No-Risk, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. Any customer not satisfied with a product will receive a full product refund. To claim a refund, simply contact us through our customer portal within 30 days of receipt of the product and provide the reason for your request. For U.S. orders, please do not send your order back without contacting us first. For international orders, please contact us for any return/refund questions. Weighted Vest Purchase:
Our weighted vest return policy includes:
- 7-day return notification period for defective or damaged (carrier) items, from day of delivery.
- 30-day customer satisfaction return notification period for situations that do not fall under the 7-day return notification above.
- Orders placed and shipped outside the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, US Territories, APO/FPO/AP/DP, etc) are FINAL SALE. For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Customer satisfaction returns will incur a $12 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and inspected.

Digital Gift Card Purchase:

Pause Strong Online Digital Program:
Due to the digital nature of The Pause Strong Program, we are unable to offer refunds for online program purchases after the first 7 days. Please contact our Customer Service Team for any questions regarding refund requests for the program.
The Pause Life Community (PLC) Perks Membership Subscription:
The PLC Perks Membership is an annual subscription with a 7-day trial period. Members may cancel during the 7-day trial period without charge.
After the trial period ends, the membership will incur a charge and remain active for the rest of the annual subscription term. If a member chooses to cancel after the 7-day trial period, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual subscription term. Members will retain access to all Perks benefits during this time period.
