Free Shipping - U.S. Only
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more and on any Weighted Vest order. Free shipping eligibility may change based on discounts, promotions, or product offerings. Please verify your cart total and shipping amount at checkout.
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders only and does not apply to international orders.
Fulfillment
Orders are processed from our distribution center in Hebron, Kentucky.
Weighted Vests ship separately from other products in the same order.
Our goal is to fulfill and ship your order within 2 business days. Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship if placed during a holiday, holiday weekend, or period of increased fulfillment volume. When an extenuating circumstance causes a delay, we strive to clearly communicate the reason.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please look for a shipping notification from The ‘Pause Life. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

Shipment Methods
Orders within the Continental United States are shipped via various carriers, including Amazon Shipping*, to help ensure the best possible delivery time based on the destination.
Orders to Hawaii, Guam, and OCONUS U.S. territories are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. (Weighted Vest may ship via a different method depending on location)
International orders are shipped via DHL or DHL Express International. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, location, and available carrier options. Available shipping methods and rates will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier processing, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
International orders may take up to 21 days to be delivered once the carrier has picked up the package. Please continue to monitor your tracking history for the most up-to-date status.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate, including any required apartment, unit, postal code, province, region, or country information.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are either included in the product's cost or listed separately at checkout. Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout for all international orders.
Each country has specific shipping, import, and product restrictions. As a result, we may not be able to ship to certain countries, and some products may not be available for purchase due to destination restrictions.
Refused or unclaimed international packages do not qualify for refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us so we can review the situation.
Delivery
We allow shipping carriers 10-12 days for domestic delivery from the date the carrier picks up the package before we begin investigating a potential loss in transit. This allows the assigned carrier time to accommodate increased shipment volume, weather-related delays, transportation issues, or personnel challenges that may arise during the shipping process.
International orders may take up to 21 days to be delivered, depending on the destination, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other shipping-related issues.

If your shipment has exceeded the applicable delivery timeline, please contact our customer service team so we can review the issue and help ensure you receive your purchased order.
We do not guarantee a delivery date. Some carriers may provide an estimated delivery date based on their timeline, but that date is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date from The ‘Pause Life.
International Orders and Returns
International orders are not eligible for returns. However, if your international order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis, and all requests will be reviewed individually. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to help.
