FREE Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $99 or more and on any Weighted Vest order. This may change based on discount or product offerings. Please verify your cart and shipping amount at checkout.
Fulfillment
Orders are processed from our distribution center in Hebron, KY.
Weighted Vests will ship separately from other products in the same order.
Our goal is to fulfill and ship your order within 2 business days; 3 business days if it falls on a holiday/holiday weekend, or during a period of increased fulfillment volume. When an extenuating circumstance arises, we strive to clearly communicate the cause of the delay.
Tracking
You can verify tracking information by checking the shipping notification that has been sent to you when your order shipped. Please check for an email notification from The 'Pause Life. If it isn't in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

Shipment Methods
Orders within the Continental United States are shipped via various methods (to include Amazon Shipping*) to ensure the best possible delivery time, based on the order's shipping location.
Orders to Hawaii, Guam, and OCONUS US territories are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery
We give the shipping carriers 10-12 days for domestic delivery (from the date the carrier picks up) before we proceed with investigating any potential loss in transit. This allows the assigned carrier time to accommodate increased shipment volumes (such as during holidays), weather-related issues, or transportation and personnel challenges that may arise during the shipping process.

We do not guarantee a delivery state. Some carriers may assign an estimated delivery date based on their timeline, but that is only an estimate and isn’t a promise date from The ‘Pause Life.
