I have a question about Hormone Therapy and whether it is right for me?
We are unable to make any personal recommendations on whether or not Hormone Therapy is right for you. We do believe that every person is worthy of the conversation. We recommend having this conversation with your prescribing physician. If you are not sure where to start, please see this informative blog.
How can I find out information about Hormone Therapy (HT)?
See Dr. Haver's The 'Pause Blog for information pertaining to HT, menopause, menopause related health concerns, nutrition, the Belly Fat Blast & Fab Four Challenges.
I’d like to see Dr. Haver in person?
Please visit Mary Claire Wellness, here, to find out what an appointment includes and how to secure an appointment with Dr. Haver or Joan Moss, NP.
Do you have any recommendations for other Menopause Providers including telehealth?
Here is a link to a blog Dr. Haver wrote where she compares the three major menopause telehealth providers.
- Here is the link for our Galveston Diet physician referral program. These are not personal referrals from Dr. Haver, they are testimonials from our students and followers who wanted to share exceptional experiences: https://thepauselife.com/pages/recommended-physicians/.
- Here is a list of NAMS (North American Menopause Society) members and NCMP (NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioners). These are physicians or other healthcare providers who have sought out extra training, research, certification, or membership in order to better treat women in perimenopause or menopause: https://portal.menopause.org/NAMS/NAMS/Directory/Menopause-Practitioner.aspx
- These are links to online menopause treatment sources. All appointments are all provided via telehealth: https://start.evernow.com/ https://www.myalloy.com https://www.joinmidi.com
