How to Use

    Immediately felt a difference. It got things moving and cleared out, which in turn my energy went up. I no longer feel sluggish.     Best fiber supplement

    I used to use plain psyllium husk powder and I didn't like the consistency. This fiber powder works better and has a much more pleasant consistency.
