How to Use
Adults take two soft gels daily with a meal/snack, or shortly after, as food will help with absorption OR as directed by a healthcare professional or pharmacist.
When you begin:
You may want to start with a decreased serving size of 1 capsule and slowly increase to 2 capsules over a 1-2 week period. The serving size can also be reduced based on specific needs.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
