How to Use

    Was not expecting to have such great results!

    I mix this in my water with an electrolyte packet and felt a difference within the first 7-10 days. My post-workout muscle soreness has improved so much but the biggest change has been in my brain fog. I feel so much more alert!

    Love it on the days after my workout with my protein shake. No taste at all. Do have to say I prefer the old packaging better. The lid kept it closed tight. Sometimes I find my seal hard to close on this newer bag packaging.
