How to Use

    EXCELLENT! Helps with my muscle LOSS at 55 yrs

    In my transition I lost a lot of muscle due to only doing cardio. Now I have switched to creatine, adding weights and less cardio and I have seen HUGE gains.

    Excellent product

    love this product. I had tried a couple other creatines but didn’t like them. This product mixes well and you can’t taste it. It is not gritty, I’m extremely sensitive to textures and I can’t tell this is in my water.

    Makes a difference!

    I'm 49 and I started out taking this creatine on my lifting days only but I work out 5-6 days a week and realized my muscles still needed it for recovery and repair on all of the days. I now take it 7 days a week and have noticed such a difference in how my muscles look and feel! I have a lot more muscle definition and much less fatigue. I dissolve it daily in my morning coffee. I do portion out my collagen and creatine into daily servings for a week's worth so I don't have to mess with it each day.

    Dissolves perfectly

    I used to buy my creatine off Amazon. While that product was fine this one is Great! It is a fine, soft powder and dissolves perfectly leaving zero grittiness. I highly recommend it!
