Plate systems are flexible, but they can introduce time friction and micro-shifts between plates and pockets. This vest uses a fixed, evenly distributed load to smooth pressure points and help keep the weight centered, so sessions stay simple and consistent.

How to Use

We encourage you discuss the use of a weighted vest with your healthcare practitioner before you begin.  

It is best to start with approximately 5-10% of your body weight, or what is recommended by your practitioner.

Inspect & adjust:

Before you wear, inspect for any material issues with straps or weighted pads.  Adjust straps to wear snug and centered, but not too tight.

To begin:

Start slow, just 10–15 minutes at a time, and gradually increase as you adapt. Avoid high-impact movements until fully acclimated, and allow time for rest and recovery to support long-term results.

Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or pain.

Care: Wipe Clean with a damp cloth. Do NOT machine wash. Do NOT bleach. Dry Flat, do NOT twist or wring. Do NOT use fabric softener.

    LOVE IT!!!!

    I own a weighted vest from another seller and there is no comparison. This one is fantastic! It is extremely comfortable, sleek and has pockets in the front vs in the back! Not to mention, the colors are gorgeous! I dreaded using my other vest so much that I was barely using it. Not this one! I was hesitant on the price, but you get what you pay for. I have spent more money on products that are a want vs a need (clothes, shoes, purse, etc) without hesitation. This is an investment for your health! Do not hesitate! Absolutely Love it!!!     Worth the Money

    I have never had a weighted vest but I knew I wanted one that was well made and comfortable. This is both of those things. I am 61, 5'6", 145 lbs. I do HIIT once a week and strength training twice a week. I chose the 12lb vest and wear it every time I go for a walk.

    Easy to put on

    I really like my new weighted vest. It would be nice if it was a different color but I’m not in it to make a fashion statement! At least they can see me coming and going❤️. Glad I got the 12# not the 16# as it is heavy enough.

    Shocking Price

    I was excited for the drop of this vest but starting at $99 + tax for the 8lb vest is a very disappointing price point. It looks pretty but I can’t see how this is so much improved over the vest previously recommended by MCH on Amazon for $15 (and purchased by me) as no super specific comparisons are made, but I’ll take a pass on this “upgrade” for now.
