Plate systems are flexible, but they can introduce time friction and micro-shifts between plates and pockets. This vest uses a fixed, evenly distributed load to smooth pressure points and help keep the weight centered, so sessions stay simple and consistent.

How To Use

We encourage you discuss the use of a weighted vest with your healthcare practitioner before you begin.  

It is best to start with approximately 5-10% of your body weight, or what is recommended by your practitioner.

Inspect & adjust:

Before you wear, inspect for any material issues with straps or weighted pads.  Adjust straps to wear snug and centered, but not too tight.

To begin:

Start slow, just 10–15 minutes at a time, and gradually increase as you adapt. Avoid high-impact movements until fully acclimated, and allow time for rest and recovery to support long-term results.

Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or pain.

Care: Wipe Clean with a damp cloth. Do NOT machine wash. Do NOT bleach. Dry Flat, do NOT twist or wring. Do NOT use fabric softener.

    Perfect starter vest!
