Fixed, Forming stability: CoreFusion™ gel shapes to you for a steadier, quieter feel than foam-lined or bare-pocket vests. Plate systems are flexible, but they can introduce time friction and micro-shifts between plates and pockets. This vest uses a fixed, evenly distributed load to smooth pressure points and help keep the weight centered, so sessions stay simple and consistent.

How To Use

We encourage you discuss the use of a weighted vest with your healthcare practitioner before you begin.  

It is best to start with approximately 5-10% of your body weight, or what is recommended by your practitioner.

Inspect & adjust:

Before you wear, inspect for any material issues with straps or weighted pads.  Adjust straps to wear snug and centered, but not too tight.

To begin:

Start slow, just 10–15 minutes at a time, and gradually increase as you adapt. Avoid high-impact movements until fully acclimated, and allow time for rest and recovery to support long-term results.

Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or pain.

Care: Wipe Clean with a damp cloth. Do NOT machine wash. Do NOT bleach. Dry Flat, do NOT twist or wring. Do NOT use fabric softener.

    Very comfortable

    I’ve been using the vest for walking and rucking with my husband. What I am most impressed by is the comfort; other than the weight, I barely know I’m wearing it. It doesn’t make me feel unbalanced when I’m moving, and I don’t have to shift or adjust it either. I also love the mesh pockets on the sides for my phone/keys. Started out with the 12 lb; will probably progress to the 20 lb at some point. Love it!

    12lbs - Just Right

    I am so glad I bought this vest. I have been lifting weights for a year now and starting with 12 lbs was just right for me. It makes every walk more challenging especially when the path includes hills.

    I splurged on this vest when there was a sale. I eagerly waited for it to arrive. But the post office damaged the package and left me a note saying, “We’re sorry” and I was so disappointed. I had spent my hard earned money on the vest and now I wouldn’t even get to use it! I emailed ThePauseLife and someone responded right away. They replaced my vest for FREE and sent me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. It wasn’t even their fault- it was the post office. They didn’t have to replace it- but they did. I was so grateful.     Stronger

    My vest was always comfortable heavy at first but always comfortable. As I have worn it I am able to support the weight and walk further each week . I love the fit and the pockets for my phone . It is my first vest and I am very happy with it and I feel stronger each week.
