About

Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 & K2 is a fish oil made from sources sustainably harvested. The oil undergoes multiple distillations and refinements to eliminate and minimize heavy metals and other impurities. 

Each serving delivers 4000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3.   Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient absorbed better when dissolved in other fatty components.

Included is 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 per serving. Vitamin K2 aids in the absorption of essential minerals and can also aid in bone, heart, and brain health.*

Capsules are made of fish gelatin (carp/tilapia). There may be a natural fish smell associated with the capsules.

    Vitamin D great absorption

    With this vitamin D supplement my vitamin D levels are finally optimized. For many years I’d been taking higher doses of other brands of vitamin D supplements and my levels were always suboptimal. Perhaps the addition of vitamin K helps the absorption??? I will continue taking these supplements and am grateful Dr Mary Claire Haver sells them.
