About
About
Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 & K2 is a fresh fish oil made from sources sustainably harvested in the South Pacific Ocean. The oil undergoes multiple distillations and refinements to eliminate and minimize heavy metals and other impurities. Each serving contains more EPA and DHA than other omega formulas.
Each serving delivers 4000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient absorbed better when dissolved in other fatty components.
Included is 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 per serving. Vitamin K2 aids in the absorption of essential minerals and can also aid in bone, heart, blood, and brain health.
For more information, check out the 'Pause Blog Omega-3, Vitamin D3 & K2: Partners in Health.
Please note, this formulation contains high quality fish oils consisting of Anchovy, Mackerel, Jack Mackerel, Sardine, or a combination thereof.
Capsules are made of fish gelatin (carp/tilapia). There may be a natural fish smell associated with the capsules.
Dr. Mary Claire tested and confirmed she does not get fish burps from this product!!

How to Use
How to Use
Adults take two soft gel capsules - twice daily (all four can be taken at once) with a meal/snack, or shortly after, as food can help with absorption OR as directed by a healthcare professional or pharmacist.
When you begin:
You may want to start with a decreased serving size of 1-2 capsules and slowly increase to 4 capsules over a 2-4 week period. The serving size can also be reduced based on specific needs.
It is best taken with fatty foods such as yogurt, avocados, or foods containing olive oil or other healthy fats.
Those who have difficulty with the soft gel capsules can opt to carefully pierce capsules and squeeze into yogurt, applesauce, or a food of choice.
Before beginning, consult with your healthcare physician. Food supplements are not a replacement for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. We recommend a whole foods first approach, supplementing the nutritional gap only as needed to fit your specific situation.
