How To Use

Skin & Bone Unflavored:
Combine 2 scoops (4 leveled teaspoons) with 12 oz or more of water, smoothie, yogurt or food of choice once daily, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.

Protein + Creatine:

Mix 1 rounded scoop with 8–12 fl oz cold water, milk, or a non-dairy alternative. 

For our powdered products, we recommend:

Shake it, blend it, or froth it - a shaker with a whisk ball/agitator, a handheld mixer, or a milk frother all deliver a smooth mix. It also makes it easy to combine the two!

Sleep:
Adults take 2 capsules 1-2 hours before bedtime, at roughly the same time each night. New to melatonin or sensitive? Start with ½ serving for 3–4 nights, then increase to 1 serving as needed. If you experience next-day grogginess, consider taking it earlier or reducing the serving to ½. Do not exceed suggested use.

If necessary, the capsules can be opened and used in beverages or mixed with food.

    Good deal!

    It’s a good deal to try these products and you get enough of each to kind of make a decision of whether or not you want to buy more. The jury is out for me on the sleep pills however. I’ve only taken them twice but both times I had a stomach ache shortly after taking them.

    Chocolate P&C yumm!

    I mixed the chocolate Protein and Creatine with water every morning and it was delicious!! Sometimes hard to mix but worth it. Sad when I ran out. The collagen dissolves perfectly in my morning coffee. Havent tried the sleep powder yet.
