How To Use

Skin & Bone Unflavored:
Combine 2 scoops (4 leveled teaspoons) with 12 oz or more of water, smoothie, yogurt or food of choice once daily, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.

Protein + Creatine:

Mix 1 rounded scoop with 8–12 fl oz cold water, milk, or a non-dairy alternative. 

For our powdered products, we recommend:

Shake it, blend it, or froth it - a shaker with a whisk ball/agitator, a handheld mixer, or a milk frother all deliver a smooth mix. It also makes it easy to combine the two!

Sleep:
Adults take 2 capsules 1-2 hours before bedtime, at roughly the same time each night. New to melatonin or sensitive? Start with ½ serving for 3–4 nights, then increase to 1 serving as needed. If you experience next-day grogginess, consider taking it earlier or reducing the serving to ½. Do not exceed suggested use.

If necessary, the capsules can be opened and used in beverages or mixed with food.

    This was a great way for me to dip my toe in this space

    This starter kit was the perfect way for me to dip my toe into Pause Nutrition. I've tried many collagen products over the years, and I really struggle with the taste even the ones that claim to be flavorless. I think I'm especially sensitive to it.

    While I can still detect a slight taste with this collagen, it's the first one I haven't thrown away. In fact, I'm just about to order it again.

    I also purchased the chocolate and vanilla protein starter kits, and I'm so glad I did. Being able to try both flavors helped me figure out which one fits best into my daily routine before committing to a full-size product.

    I'm really grateful they offer these starter kits. As someone who had never purchased from Pause before, they made it easy to try the products without a big investment.

    Starter pack

    The melatonin pills worked better than any other brand I have tried in the past. I used two scoops of skin and bone in my coffee every morning, and I can’t even taste it. I did not enjoy the chocolate protein and creatine powder.
