I mix it with my coffee every morning before I workout! I love the taste and no longer have to use a sweetener in my coffee. The vanilla flavor is great! I do use a hand held frother to mix it well into the coffee. I also put in some collagen. I've had no bloating or stomach issues. Gives me the perfect energy for my workouts.
