How to Use
Adults take 2 capsules 1-2 hours before bedtime, at roughly the same time each night. New to melatonin or sensitive? Start with ½ serving for 3–4 nights, then increase to 1 serving as needed. If you experience next-day grogginess, consider taking it earlier or reducing the serving to ½. Do not exceed suggested use.

My sleep wearable shows increased Deep and REM sleep vs prior nights. I took it 1 hr before bed along with progesterone first two nights and now trying it slightly earlier to see if it makes a difference. I like it a bit earlier so far.
