How to Use

Mix 1 scoop (one Tablespoon) with 8 oz or more of water daily. To begin, use 1/4 scoop. Over a few weeks slowly increase to 1 scoop to allow your digestive system adequate time to adjust to the added fiber.

    Immediately felt a difference. It got things moving and cleared out, which in turn my energy went up. I no longer feel sluggish. I have always been regular, this is a great boost to being extra regular. I take it in the morning before my morning walk and before coffee and food.     Tastes great

    I love having this in the morning. I mix it with one tablespoon of chia seeds to get even more fiber. It turns into a thicker drink and fills me up. Plus it tastes great!

    Effective

    I have good results with the Fiber GDX and I get the unflavored. With the formulation change, it has become more bitter but when mixed in a greens powder (AG1 or Bloom Nutrition Greens & Superfoods) it is not noticeable and offsets the greens supplement if it is too sweet.

    Fiber for the win!

    I have purchased both the unflavored and flavored fiber. Both are incredible but I LOVE the orange flavored fiber. I look forward to taking it in the morning before my coffee. Both are gentle on my stomach with little to no bloating! I highly recommend these products.
