    I’m very pleased with the pause life Turmeric supplement! So far so good! Now that I am post menopausal I’m working on remaining strong, keeping inflammation down and protecting my joints & bones! This seems to be helping and I’m very pleased!

    I’ve also been taking Pause Life creatine almost 4 weeks and I LOVE it!!! I started with 5mg in the morning for the 1st 3 weeks, so great! For the past 2 weeks I’ve taken 5mg post strength workouts in the evening 2 to 3 days a week and have noticed LESS muscle pain! I lift heavier weights (15 to 20lb) dumb bells!     It took about a month of taking this supplement for me to see a difference. I was talking with a friend about joint discomfort and realized that mine had changed. I wasn’t feeling the aches. It was subtle and then obvious. I just added it as a subscription and my husband will be taking it too. Give it a month. Then do a check in. Hopefully you will be happily surprised.

    Love it!
