Our Omega-3 & Vitamin D3+K2 is sourced from the highest quality and sustainably harvested fish oil. The oil undergoes multiple distillations and refinements to eliminate and minimize heavy metals and other impurities.

Each serving delivers 1.2g of EPA, 600mg DHA, 4000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3 and 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 divided across 4 gel capsules.  

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient absorbed better when dissolved in other fatty components such as fish oil. Vitamin K2 aids in the absorption of essential minerals and can also aid in bone, heart, and brain health.*

How to Use

    Taking this in place of a fish oil supplement plus a vitamin D supplement. Makes life a little simplerZ. Might be good if it could be put into fewer pills per day. I don’t experience much trouble with swallowing them.

    No fishy taste!

    I’m a vegetarian so I do not get necessary nutrients from eating fish. I was surprised and very pleased that there is no fishy taste whatsoever with this supplement.
