How to Use

    Creatine (Creavitalis)

    I started using the creatine a few weeks ago. I add the recommended scoop to water along with the amino acid I’m taking and drink it during my workouts (weight training and cardio). My muscle recovery is so much better now. I also take it on non-workout days as well. I’ve compared The Pause Life’s Creatine to others and there’s no comparison. The Pause Life’s Creatine is a very fine powder, easy to dilute, as opposed to others which are grainy.
