Turmeric Supplement
Turmeric Supplement
Turmeric may help fight oxidative stress and support a healthy inflammatory response in the body*.
About
About
Turmeric, a spice known for its therapeutic benefits, is the primary source of the polyphenol Curcumin. It can aid in supporting joint and bone health, as well as a normal inflammatory response after strenuous activity, allowing active persons to recover faster and perform better*.
Black pepper extract is added to our supplement to help increase the absorption of the polyphenol, Curcumin. It has been used in studies to increase the bioavailability of nutrients, making them more effective in the body.*

Tips for Turmeric
It is best taken with fatty foods such as yogurt, avocados, or foods containing olive oil or other healthy fats.
Those who have difficulty with the soft gel capsules can carefully pierce capsules and squeeze into yogurt, food or drink of choice.
Before beginning, consult with your healthcare physician. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. We recommend a whole foods first approach, supplementing the nutritional gap only as needed to fit your specific situation.

I was recently diagnosed with arthritis and a bone spur in my right hip. I’m 52, in perimenopause and already on HRT so this diagnosis was not something I wanted to deal with. My ortho offered me a prescription anti inflammatory with instructions to only take it for 2 weeks then only as needed. It only helped the pain and stiffness for about 3 days noticeably and after the 2 weeks, I found I needed it every other day at least, just to walk without a limp. It wasn’t getting any better, the pain was waking me from sleep and made weight lifting impossible. I remembered Dr. Haver promoting a turmeric supplement and I decided to order it. After just a week of use, my pain and stiffness has subsided almost completely. I’ll never leave this supplement out of my daily vitamin regimen. Incidentally, I’ve changed doctors and can’t wait to tell the new one what I’m using to deal with inflammation. Thank you Dr. Haver.

I have been purchasing liquid shots of turmeric for awhile now and it gets expensive. This is a great, less-expensive alternative.
