Tips For Our Skin & Bone Collagen

If you are new to taking collagen, you may want to begin with 1/4 scoop and slowly increase to 2 scoops over a few weeks.
If you are Intermittently Fasting, it is recommended that you take the Skin & Bone Collagen during your eating window, as it contains calories.
Additional tips for consuming Skin & Bone:
* Pour the recommended amount of Skin & Bone collagen into a glass of water and stir or use a shaker bottle.  Add ice to keep it chilled!
* Blend into Smoothies: add to your smoothie preparation before you blend. 
* Add to Tea. Collagen can be added to hot or cold beverages. Mix into your cup, and enjoy! 
* Mix with Yogurt. Collagen can also be added to food! Add the recommended amount and mix well.

    Hair and Nails Galore!

    I have been religiously drinking the Skin and Bone for approximately a year. I have received so many “Are those your natural lashes?” “Your hair looks healthier.” “Your nails are growing so fast and strong” and lastly, my favorite, “What are you doing with your skin?” and “Your skin looks so good.” I’ve investigated my other supplements and I can only attribute these positive changes to Skin & Bone Collagen.     Great Results

    I started taking this because of bone health. And until my next bone Scan, I won't know if it's helped with that but i have seen results with my skin and hair!!!!! Skin feels brighter and I literally don't have as much hair in my brush! This was such an added bonus for me!!! The reason I love it, is that i put 2 scoops in my coffee and you can't taste it at all! It mixes so well!! Great product!

    My favorite Collagen!

    This is the best I’ve found! The new packaging is convenient and recyclable…I’ve really enjoyed using it. The only suggestion I would make is have it available in travel packets. We travel quite a bit and it would be helpful, especially when leaving the country.
