VERISOL® consists of a special patented composition of collagen peptides - important components to support healthy skin. These bioactive collagen peptides are optimized to influence the skin's collagen metabolism.*
FORTIBONE® is developed to support bone health. These specific peptides are formulated to stimulate bone cells to increase the synthesis of bone components such as collagen.*

Tips For Our Skin & Bone Collagen
If you are new to taking collagen, you may want to begin with 1/4 scoop and slowly increase to 2 scoops over a few weeks.
If you are Intermittently Fasting, it is recommended that you take the Skin & Bone Collagen during your eating window, as it contains calories.
Additional tips for consuming Skin & Bone:
* Pour the recommended amount of Skin & Bone collagen into a glass of water and stir or use a shaker bottle. Add ice to keep it chilled!
* Blend into Smoothies: add to your smoothie preparation before you blend.
* Add to Tea. Collagen can be added to hot or cold beverages. Mix into your cup, and enjoy!
* Mix with Yogurt. Collagen can also be added to food! Add the recommended amount and mix well.
* Combine with one of our other The Pause Nutrition® supplements such as Fiber GDX or Creatine.
* Stay hydrated!
Before beginning, consult with your healthcare physician. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. We recommend a whole foods first approach, supplementing the nutritional gap only as needed to fit your specific situation.

- CCCarol C.Verified Buyer2 hours agoRated 5 out of 5 starsWorked when prescriptions failed
I’d been having all sorts of trouble with both my scalp & joints due to collagen loss. The fancy creams prescribed by my doctor did nothing, but when I added this supplement it made all the difference!

I recently had a total hysterectomy and surgical menopause. I noticed my hair and skin changes quickly after surgery and decided to order the Skin & Bone Collagen. After using it for a few weeks I have noticed much improvement with my skin and finger nails, I am very impressed with the results so far and am definitely going to reorder more. Thank you!

I was already taking collagen, but switched to this one to maximize my discount for Pause Life supplements. This is such an easy add to water, coffee or a smoothie and it mixes in really well. I usually combine it with my fiber powder and 8oz. of water and drink it down fast. I have not had any joint pain since starting collagen supplementation - it has been a game changer for me. Exercise doesn't hurt anymore and I don't wake up feeling like I have a bad mattress. Hips are back to normal!

I have been religiously drinking the Skin and Bone for approximately a year. I have received so many “Are those your natural lashes?” “Your hair looks healthier.” “Your nails are growing so fast and strong” and lastly, my favorite, “What are you doing with your skin?” and “Your skin looks so good.” I’ve investigated my other supplements and I can only attribute these positive changes to Skin & Bone Collagen. I’m sold! Will continue this for the foreseeable future!
