Tips for Omega-3 & Vitamin D+K

Our Omega-3 is best taken with foods rich in good fats, such as yogurt, avocados, or those containing olive oil or other healthy fats. These help with nutrient absorption.

Each serving delivers 1.2g of EPA, 600mg DHA, 4,000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3, and 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 divided across four gel capsules. This makes it easy to divide doses depending on your practitioner's recommendations.

The FDA recommends consuming no more than 5g of EPA and DHA combined from dietary supplements.

The upper Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for Vitamin D is 4,000 IU.

Those who have difficulty with the soft gel capsules can carefully pierce them and squeeze the contents into yogurt, applesauce, or a food or drink of choice.

    Everything in one bottle.

    So the more I go down the rabbit hole to optimum menopause health… the more supplements I “need” to have is exhausting… coupled with the fact if you don’t take them with another vitamin, mineral, oil, or fat, they don’t absorb in your system. Anyhow… vitamin D deficiency is low for most people, and the fact that it is combined with Omega oil and K to optimize absorption keeps one more brain cell alive in my head as I make my way through this “journey.”
