How to Use

Tips for Omega-3 & Vitamin D+K

Our Omega-3 is best taken with foods rich in good fats, such as yogurt, avocados, or those containing olive oil or other healthy fats. These help with nutrient absorption.

Each serving delivers 1.2g of EPA, 600mg DHA, 4,000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3, and 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 divided across four gel capsules. This makes it easy to divide doses depending on your practitioner's recommendations.

The FDA recommends consuming no more than 5g of EPA and DHA combined from dietary supplements.

The upper Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for Vitamin D is 4,000 IU.

Those who have difficulty with the soft gel capsules can carefully pierce them and squeeze the contents into yogurt, applesauce, or a food or drink of choice.

    I love that there are three things accomplished with one dose of this supplement. Shipping is always timely and having it on auto ship means I never run out. The shipping is expensive, as are the other supplements, but I find this combo to be reasonable since I don’t have to buy three different supplements. I also feel comfortable with the quality of the product since it is recommended by Dr. Haver.

    Great Combo!

    I love this combined supplement....an easy way to get all 3 together. Yes, it is 4 capsules to get the full recommended daily amount, but they are easy to swallow and I usually divide them up so that I take 2 mid-day and two at night.
