How to Use

Tips for Omega-3 & Vitamin D+K

Our Omega-3 is best taken with foods rich in good fats, such as yogurt, avocados, or those containing olive oil or other healthy fats. These help with nutrient absorption.

Each serving delivers 1.2g of EPA, 600mg DHA, 4,000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3, and 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 divided across four gel capsules. This makes it easy to divide doses depending on your practitioner's recommendations.

The FDA recommends consuming no more than 5g of EPA and DHA combined from dietary supplements.

The upper Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for Vitamin D is 4,000 IU.

Those who have difficulty with the soft gel capsules can carefully pierce them and squeeze the contents into yogurt, applesauce, or a food or drink of choice.

    Great combo

    This has been a great combo supplement. I like that it has a good daily percentage, I only take 2 daily based on what I need, but may want to take the full amount at some point. I like that flexibility and that it covers the bases. Feels like a high quality supplement after taking it now for several months.

    I was surprised.

    I never thought I would physically experience a difference when taking a supplement. With Omega 3-vitamin D3 &K2. After the first few weeks, my total sleep time increased by 20 minutes per night. My energy level was a bit higher leading to more exercise and movement. My afternoon naps are no longer a necessity. I know these changes are not soley because of the supplement but it sure is a part of it.
