Tips for Fiber GDX
We recommend getting most of your fiber through whole food sources and supplementing the gap.
You may want to begin with 1/4 scoop to help your digestive system adjust to added fiber. Adding it too fast can promote intestinal gas, abdominal bloating, and cramping.
Be sure to stay hydrated while increasing your fiber intake. Fiber binds with water, so you may find your fiber gel-like! This is a significant role in fiber! As soluble fiber dissolves, it creates a gel that can aid digestion.
Tips:
Add 8 oz or more water to our Fiber GDX and stir/shake vigorously. Using a shaker bottle with a whisk ball or an agitator, a handheld mixer, or a frother can help quickly mix the fiber. It can also be helpful to add the fiber first, then add water or a beverage. Some people find it easier to consume quickly, and others like to continue to add water, shake, and drink over time.
This product may not mix well with hot beverages.
Fiber GDX can be combined with other products, such as collagen or creatine. Add ingredients such as Greek yogurt with berries and water to blend! This can help thin out the fiber. Our unflavored Fiber GDX is best when combined with other supplements, such as collagen or creatine, or in a smoothie or drink of choice.
Dr. Haver and many of the 'Pause Nutrition team combine the Fiber GDX with Collagen, Creatine, or both, and add 12-24+ oz of water! It can help thin out the Fiber for a win!
If you are Intermittent Fasting, taking Fiber GDX during your eating window is recommended as it has calories.
Be mindful of your overall fiber consumption from foods and supplements to avoid exceeding your body's capacity and potential digestive issues.
If you experience gas, bloating, or discomfort, reduce your fiber intake and consult with your healthcare practitioner to discuss your specific results. Fine-tuning fiber intake can take time!
Before you begin, please consult with your healthcare physician. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. We recommend a whole foods first approach, supplementing the nutritional gap only as needed to fit your specific situation.

This fiber tastes so good and it is so easy to drink that it makes getting my daily fiber in so much easier.

Definitely love the tastelessness of this supplement. Add it to my morning shake and am happy knowing I am well on my way to my fiber intake. Also has helped with consistency in digestion!

I was diagnosed with diverticulosis and had to increase my fiber intake, so I decided to give this Fiber GDX (unflavored) a try and it has really helped with adding bulk. I've noticed a difference with BMs. I don't make smoothies, so I have to mix it with water and a bit of applesauce, it's a bit tart and not the best tasting, so the applesauce gives it some flavor. It's now part of my morning routine and so worth it.

So easy to add this to any drink or shake for breakfast.
I try to eat fresh fruits and veggies during the day, but if I don’t, I’m not worried about constipation the next day.
