Creatine (Creavitalis®)
Creatine (Creavitalis®)
Introducing our Creavitalis® Creatine! Creatine monohydrate is an amino acid that has been shown to help increase energy and build muscle mass.*
About
About
Creatine Monohydrate (CrM) is an amino acid naturally produced in the body and found in foods like meat and fish.
It acts as an energy reserve, increasing the amount of phosphoryl creatine in our muscles and producing more ATP, the "energy currency" of our cells.*
Our Creavitalis® Creatine is sourced from Germany. It is a purer form of CrM and is widely recognized as the gold standard in many clinical studies. It has higher bioavailability and close to perfect solubility!

Tips for Creatine
Creatine is a fine powder that is easily compacted. Be sure not to pack the scoop and gently tap to level.
Creatine works best when taken with easy-to-digest carbohydrates and proteins. It can also be taken with hot or cold beverages.
You can continue to take creatine on the days you don't exercise to aid in recovery and to help maintain muscle creatine stores. It is recommended to take it in the morning as this will aid in maintaining creatine stores throughout the day, but it can be taken at any time during the time. Taking it about 60-90 before or after a workout can help improve its effectiveness.
Try to avoid taking creatine with alcohol or caffeine since they’re both diuretics that can cause dehydration. Also, if you have kidney or liver disease or any medical conditions, talk with your doctor before taking creatine.
Water retention: Creatine might initially make you feel slightly bloated as your muscles absorb water, but this is usually temporary. If you continue to experience bloating, be sure to add roughly 3 to 4 ounces of water for each gram of creatine consumed and make sure you are staying hydrated. Consider that your water intake may vary depending on your muscle mass, activity level, and climate.
It is important to stay hydrated throughout the day! Creatine is pivotal in muscle recovery and growth by pulling water into your muscle cells. This increase in intracellular hydration is critical for optimizing the effects of creatine.
Before beginning, consult with your healthcare physician. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. We recommend a whole foods first approach, supplementing the nutritional gap only as needed to fit your specific situation.

My first time trying creatine. The results are really showing up at the gym. I actually wasn't expecting anything. It's easy to add to my morning smoothie. Highly recommend.

Works great - I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my muscle mass and tone! My only complaint is the bag it comes in is too small so it’s tough to fit the scoop in and seal it back up until you’ve used enough to make space.

While this product might be doing nice stuff for my bones and brain, it has absolutely been a nightmare as far as my endometriosis goes. I had been in full remission since having excision surgery in 2019. After 1 month on creatine, my symptoms came screaming back and I was in excruciating pain. This was the only change I had made so I googled "endometriosis and creatine" and saw a study from 2024 showing that creatine plays a role in the progression of endo. PLEASE PUT A WARNING LABEL ON THIS.

Love this product, hate the packaging. I feel like I wasite some of it trying to get it out of the package. I also would like to order this along wiht my other supplements but, this is has 60 servings and the others are 30 servings. I wish it were all either 30 or 60 servings so that I could coordinate all my orders.

This product has really helped with muscle development. I had spine issues as I was in early menopause so double whammy. Couldn’t exercise which made it worse. Took a bit of time and focus and developing a routine and it worked. Appreciate all the help and guidance from this forum.
