    EXCELLENT! Helps with my muscle LOSS at 55 yrs

    In my transition I lost a lot of muscle due to only doing cardio. Now I have switched to creatine, adding weights and less cardio and I have seen HUGE gains.

    Amazing!!!

    This has been a game changer for me. I started HRT and was feeling stronger and more energetic, but when I added creatine… OMG!! Sooo much stronger and also have more energy. Started with one scoop and my doctor said I could do two. I can tell the days I only have one scoop! Now I make sure I take two every day. Love it!

    This is the 3rd formulation of creatinine that I’ve tried! The first was a powder that was super gritty and didn’t mix well with anything. The 2nd was 5 giant capsules
