About
About
Creatine Monohydrate is an amino acid naturally produced in the body and found in foods like meat and fish.
It acts as an energy reserve, increasing the amount of phosphoryl creatine in our muscles and producing more ATP, the "energy currency" of our cells.
Studies have shown that it can also help to improve cognitive function and reduce fatigue*. It can also help increase muscle mass when incorporated with a regular resistance/weight training program.*

How to Use
How to Use
Mix 1 scoop (5g) with at least 8 ounces of water, or your preferred beverage, daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Creatine is a fine powder that is easily compacted. Be sure not to pack the scoop and gently tap to level. It can be used 30-90 minutes before or after exercise.
Creatine has no calories or additional ingredients that will break a fast, so it can be consumed while Intermittent Fasting.
For a tasty treat, combine the Creatine with one of our Acai Lemonade flavored collagens and/or our Fiber GDX, 12-24+oz of water and consume together.
Before beginning, consult with your healthcare physician. Food supplements are not a replacement for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. We recommend a whole foods first approach, supplementing the nutritional gap only as needed to fit your specific situation.
