Tips For Our Skin & Bone Collagen

If you are new to taking collagen, you may want to begin with 1/4 scoop and slowly increase to 2 scoops over a few weeks.
If you are Intermittently Fasting, it is recommended that you take the Skin & Bone Collagen during your eating window, as it contains calories.
Additional tips for consuming Skin & Bone:
* Pour the recommended amount of Skin & Bone collagen into a glass of water and stir or use a shaker bottle.  Add ice to keep it chilled!
* Blend into Smoothies: add to your smoothie preparation before you blend. 
* Add to Tea. Collagen can be added to hot or cold beverages. Mix into your cup, and enjoy! 
* Mix with Yogurt. Collagen can also be added to food! Add the recommended amount and mix well.

    Great product!

    I’ve been using Skin and Bone Collagen for about 8 months. It dissolves very easy in water. Taste is a little on the sweet side for me but it’s not hard to get down at all. This time I noticed you have a unflavored and sweetened version. This one suits me much better. Dissolves beautifully in my cup of coffee and does not change the taste or texture of my coffee. So happy you’ve given us choices. Thanks for a great product.

    Product is great, next time will purchase the flavourless version

    I have been using this for a couple of weeks, mixing it into my fruit smoothie.

    The flavour is sweet and not to my personal taste and takes over the greens and fruits.

    In the next batch I will be purchasing the flavourless version.

    What a difference!

    I had been using another collagen brand for several years and decided to switch to Pause Skin & Bone collagen because I was excited to see the inclusion of Verisol collagen.
