About
About
Skin & Bone includes VERISOL® & FORTIBONE® collagen peptides. These peptides can help stimulate collagen production in skin and bones, may benefit the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and support skin elasticity and support bone mineral density.*
VERISOL® consists of a special patented composition of collagen peptides - important components to support healthy skin. These bioactive collagen peptides are optimized to influence the skin's collagen metabolism.*
FORTIBONE® is developed to support bone health. These specific peptides are formulated to stimulate bone cells to increase the synthesis of bone components such as collagen.*
Actual results will vary from person to person.
Formulated with bovine derived collagen that is Grass-Fed and Pasture Raised.
Please Note: Because Skin & Bone Collagen includes VERISOL®, one doesn't need to take Skin Boost Plus® separately.

Tips For Our Skin & Bone Collagen
If you are new to taking collagen, you may want to begin with 1/4 scoop and slowly increase to 2 scoops over a few weeks.
If you are Intermittently Fasting, it is recommended that you take the Skin & Bone Collagen during your eating window, as it contains calories.
Additional tips for consuming Skin & Bone:
* Pour the recommended amount of Skin & Bone collagen into a glass of water and stir or use a shaker bottle. Add ice to keep it chilled!
* Blend into Smoothies: add to your smoothie preparation before you blend.
* Add to Tea. Collagen can be added to hot or cold beverages. Mix into your cup, and enjoy!
* Mix with Yogurt. Collagen can also be added to food! Add the recommended amount and mix well.
* Combine with one of our other The Pause Nutrition® supplements such as Fiber GDX or Creatine.
* Stay hydrated!
Before beginning, consult with your healthcare physician. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. We recommend a whole foods first approach, supplementing the nutritional gap only as needed to fit your specific situation.

This is a great tool to add to my vitamin and supplement routine I have seen a difference in my nails and hair.
Will repurchase.

This is my first bag of the unflavored. I love it. No bad taste. It is great in a smothie or mixed in coconut flavored yogurt, ground chia/flax/hemp seeds and top with fresh blueberries! Will definitely be buying again. I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis at age 49 and hopeful that my bone density will be improved when I get my next scan.

Definitely have noticed improvement in my skin. The unflavored really has no flavor, I've been putting it in my coffee and don't notice any taste :)

I will probably repeat this phrase in all my reviews... "I didn't know I needed this!" it is so true! I see a difference in my skin, and so do others who don't see me on a regular basis. My skin has always been... not desirable, I feel pretty taking this supplement and it has an all over effect, not just my face. I also feel this helps me with my digestion and muscles too.

When traveling or having busy workdays this is the easiest thing to mix into my coffee in the mornings so I don't forget about it later in the day. I use cashew milk in my coffee and this tastes good with it.

I’ve faithfully been using this supplement since I read the medical documentation that Dr. Haver has shared.
I’m 65 and now have been told I have osteoporosis in my back. So I have been looking for ways to improve my bone density. Taking this supplement along with exercise and strength training has been such helpful advice.
Thank you Dr. Haver for all the information you share. It has helped me get on track. Much appreciated.
