About

Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 & K2 is a fish oil made from sources sustainably harvested. The oil undergoes multiple distillations and refinements to eliminate and minimize heavy metals and other impurities. 

Each serving delivers 4000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3.   Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient absorbed better when dissolved in other fatty components.

Included is 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 per serving. Vitamin K2 aids in the absorption of essential minerals and can also aid in bone, heart, and brain health.*

    Thank You Pause Life

    I can't say enough about these products. With so much misinformation out there, I'm so grateful to Dr. Haver for shining a light on the Menopause Mystery and creating a package that makes it so easy to take care of ourselves as we age. I have to admit, Menopause was rough! But I am on the other side of it and I have to admit I am loving who I am right now!! I feel like I have returned to my true self--that sassy, strong-willed girl I was before Puberty made me second guess myself. I'm looking forward to aging with knowledge and strength. I'm not sure I'm a candidate for HRT because of other health concerns so I will do everything I can to stay healthy!!
