Fixed, Forming stability: CoreFusion™ gel shapes to you for a steadier, quieter feel than foam-lined or bare-pocket vests. Plate systems are flexible, but they can introduce time friction and micro-shifts between plates and pockets. This vest uses a fixed, evenly distributed load to smooth pressure points and help keep the weight centered, so sessions stay simple and consistent.

Even distribution: second support strap helps keep weight centered; less shifting, more control.

Built-in cooling: patented BetterIce™ layer is a sealed, flexible gel layer that delivers an immediate, even cool sensation during and after activity (comfort only.)

How to Use

We encourage you discuss the use of a weighted vest with your healthcare practitioner before you begin.  

It is best to start with approximately 5-10% of your body weight, or what is recommended by your practitioner.

Inspect & adjust:

Before you wear, inspect for any material issues with straps or weighted pads.  Adjust straps to wear snug and centered, but not too tight.

To begin:

Start slow, just 10–15 minutes at a time, and gradually increase as you adapt. Avoid high-impact movements until fully acclimated, and allow time for rest and recovery to support long-term results.

Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or pain.

Care: Wipe Clean with a damp cloth. Do NOT machine wash. Do NOT bleach. Dry Flat, do NOT twist or wring. Do NOT use fabric softener.

    Good vest

    This is a very well made vest, and I like that it feel less bulky than the other vests I have had in the past. I also like that it has pockets that will hold my phone. I'm very pleased with the vest and I would recommend it to other women. My only complaint is that it smells. I have tried to air it out to get the smell out, but it hasn't worked. I'm hoping that as I continue to use it the smell will go away.
