How to Use

Creatine

Mix 1 scoop with at least 8 ounces of water, or your preferred beverage, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Can be taken daily to maintain creatine stores. On exercise days, it is recommended to take 30-90 minutes before or after exercise. It is important to stay hydrated!

Skin & Bone Collagen

Combine 2 scoops (4 leveled teaspoons) with 12 oz or more of water, smoothie, yogurt or food of choice once daily, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. 

Individual scooping technique may yield slightly less or more than the annotated serving size. 

Tips:

Creatine is a fine powder that is easily compacted. Be sure not to pack the scoop and gently tap to level.

Combine the two in at least 12oz of water, beverage of choice, or a smoothie and enjoy!

Try to avoid taking creatine with alcohol or caffeine since they’re both diuretics that can cause dehydration.

It is important to stay hydrated throughout the day! Creatine is pivotal in muscle recovery and growth by pulling water into your muscle cells. This increase in intracellular hydration is critical for optimizing the effects of creatine.

Using a shaker bottle with a whisk ball or an agitator, a handheld mixer, or a frother can help quickly mix the two.

    Makes a difference!

    The skin and bone supplement is something I use everyday. It melts into my tea or coffee, has no after taste. I notice a difference in the radiance of my skin, elasticity and hydration. I highly recommend adding this into your health routine.

    You’ll Notice the Difference

    I take the recommended amount of collagen each morning and have noticed a significant improvement in my skins appearance. The creatine’s affects are less noticeable, but I haven’t felt much soreness after strength training sessions so it’s probably doing a lot of good. I’ll be purchasing both again.

    Hopeful!

    The fiber doesn’t taste bad nor does the collagen. Collagen still gets clumpy on me but haven’t found one that doesn’t. Too soon to tell the benefits but I am hopeful.

    I like these products on their own but you don't say in the bundle if it's a 15 or 30 use package for the Skin and Bone, or if it's unflavored or what.

    Only taking these two for a month so I can't say anything about them yet. Don't notice any changes but they are tasteless and dissolve very easily.
