Our Omega-3 & Vitamin D3+K2 is sourced from the highest quality and sustainably harvested fish oil. The oil undergoes multiple distillations and refinements to eliminate and minimize heavy metals and other impurities.

Each serving delivers 1.2g of EPA, 600mg DHA, 4000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3 and 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 divided across 4 gel capsules.

How to Use

    Easy to Swallow, No Taste or Smell

    I am really happy with these vitamins. I'm only two days in, so I can't speak of bone density help, but I can say that I have a HORRIBLE time swallowing pills (I'm worse than a child), and these go down very easily for me. There is no taste and no smell. I'm the adult who cannot force myself to try new foods or eat things with a weird taste/texture as it feels like my throat closes off, so I feel like if I can swallow these, anyone can! I've never subscribed to a supplement before, but I plan on doing that with these as I know I'll take them (and I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia, so I need the vitamin D).
