How to Use

Skin & Bone Collagen

Combine 2 scoops (4 leveled teaspoons) with 12 oz or more of water, smoothie, yogurt or food of choice once daily, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. 

Fiber GDX

Mix 1 scoop (one Tablespoon) with 8 oz or more of water daily. To begin, use 1/4 scoop. Over a few weeks slowly increase to 1 scoop to allow your digestive system adequate time to adjust to the added fiber.

Individual scooping technique may yield slightly less or more than the annotated serving size. 

It is important to stay hydrated!

Tips:

Combine the two in at least 12oz of water, beverage of choice, or a smoothie and enjoy!

Fiber GDX contains soluble fiber that will gel over time (this is what makes soluble fiber so great!). If your beverage thickens, add more water, stir or shake, and continue to enjoy!

Using a shaker bottle with a whisk ball or an agitator, a handheld mixer, or a frother can help quickly mix the fiber by itself or when combined with collagen.

Some people find it easier to consume quickly, and others like to continue to add water, shake, and drink over time.

    As with the other supplements, I'm not seeing or feeling any difference in how I feel or look. I'll continue to take them and continue to try to do ALL the many things women need to do to attempt to feel better and improve my health at 55 but it seems like a waste.

    Collagen Makes a difference in skin condition

    Love the unflavored collagen. Easily dissolves and the Verisol and fortibone is the magic combination that’s hard to find in one supplement. The unflavored fiber does not easily dissolve and even though I blend in a magic bullet with protein powder, it still leaves particles and sort of pasty texture at the bottom on the drink. Not having used any other fiber supplement before, I have nothing to compare it to. It’s just the texture/nature of the fiber density to sink to bottom of drink.
