    Just as great as the flavored one!

    I keep both versions stocked so that I’m not limited on how I get my collagen. I use unflavored for my AM smoothie (Dr.MCH recipe) and the flavored works well with my electrolyte water. I don’t dare go a day without my collagen! I notice a difference in my face immediately. I love all of Dr.MCHs products!!! Picture is my bag that I pack when I’m away from home.

    Stronger Nails

    I’m hoping this will help my bones. I’m a post menopausal woman and have been taking the collagen for about a month. Too soon to tell on the bones. I have noticed that my nails are not breaking as often. I’m a guitar player and I use my fingernails to play. So that’s a win and reason enough for me to continue with the supplement.
