Omega-3 w/Vitamin D3+K2

Adults take four softgels daily, preferably in divided doses with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional or a pharmacist. Best taken if used with fatty foods. For those who cannot swallow the soft gel capsules, carefully pierce capsule and squeeze into food of your choice.

Turmeric

Adults take two soft gels daily with a meal/snack, or shortly after, as food will help with absorption OR as directed by a healthcare professional or pharmacist.

Tips:

Our Omega-3 and Turmeric are best taken with foods rich in good fats, such as yogurt, avocados, or those containing olive oil or other healthy fats. These help with nutrient absorption.
