"A Place For Positive Support!"
I joined the Signature Program last October and was off/on. Fast forward to February, and I joined the March Bootcamp, where I was introduced to the FB online support group, which was amazing; calendar, plan, information, Dr. Haver & Coach Live, and the ladies got me on track. I joined GFL when the March Bootcamp ended and continue to see the same positive plan support from members & staff to ladies at all stages of their TGD journey. Thank you 💕

"Galveston50 Has Me Feeling Awesome!"
I’m committed to finishing the challenge strong, many people tell me how great I look, and I feel great. In my mind, this change in life doesn’t stress me at all. I take it as a normal part of my life, like brushing my teeth. I prep my food, I wake up early to work out, I stretch, I meditate, I take a shower, and I go to work. Since I started Galveston for life in April, I have lost 40 Lbs. I feel awesome, I still have 15 more to go, but I will get there one day at a time.😊💪🏻🙌

"Galveston 50 Love!"
I’m late in posting at the end of the TGD 50 because I started back at grad school yesterday – yay! I have so much to say about the challenge and this group, but I don’t know where to start. I hope (and believe) that you already know how I feel about this community. 💗🤗In addition to the many intangible benefits I’ve gained, I wanted to share some concrete victories since I did boot camp in May…Weight lost: 7.4 lbs Waist: ⬇️ 2” Hips: ⬇️ 1” Thigh: ⬇️ 1.5” WHR: ⬇️ from 0.88 to 0.85 (healthy range!) Clothing size: from 12 down to 8. There are too many NSVs to list here, but maybe these photos tell the story (Sept. 2020 and today). Thank you to Dr. Haver, the rest of the team, and all of you for your kindness and support over the past few months – I couldn’t have done it without you!

"I Haven’t Lost This Much Weight In 20 Years!"
The second half has become more automatic; the big difference is the confidence I am beginning to feel in not falling off the wagon and reverting to old bad habits to get through the crazy days! I have lost 10 lbs as of this morning since I began the challenge on 7/20! I’m 59 and have not lost that much weight in prob 20 years! Forever grateful!

"This Is The First Time I Feel Heard!"
I joined TGD a couple of years ago but didn’t do anything with it besides reading through the material. I did the March Boot Camp, and it changed my life and attitude! I joined GFL as soon as boot camp finished, and I love the community and support. I don’t post a lot (I need to change that), but I check in at least a couple of times a day and take in all that is being shared. I so appreciate this program, this group, our moderators, and being part of it all. As of today, I have lost 15 pounds and feel fantastic! I’d also like to add that this program and group is the first time I felt heard about my body in a very long time. I have wonderful doctors (PCP and Gynocologist), but because I’m overweight but healthy, they really didn’t have anything to offer me. I’m so appreciative of you, this community, and, most importantly, what TGD has to offer!
